International Jazz Talent at Café ZILT
Boy Edgar Prize winner and saxophone teacher Jasper Blom performs monthly at Café ZILT, joined by students from all over the world who have come to study at the highly regarded jazz department of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
Top Musicians and Rising Stars at Red Light Jazz Festival
For the Red Light Jazz Festival, Jasper will bring a regular rhythm section to Café ZILT, featuring young English drummer Kai Craig and French bassist Géraud Portal. The young Luxembourgish trumpet talent Daniel Migliosi (22) will also be performing. Daniel plays in several prestigious big bands across Europe and has already won numerous awards with his powerful playing—he is considered one of Europe’s most promising trumpet players.
In addition to Jasper Blom, a variety of international jazz talents will drop by to join the jam sessions. It promises to be three spectacular days of jazz at Café ZILT!
