Benjamin Herman: Ambassador of Dutch Jazz
Saxophonist, composer, and bandleader Benjamin Herman is best known as the founder and driving force behind New Cool Collective. He grew up in Amsterdam and developed a passion for jazz at an early age. In addition to NCC, Herman has built an extensive solo career and is widely regarded as one of the most important ambassadors of Dutch jazz.
Robin Nolan: Master of Gypsy Jazz
Robin Nolan is a gypsy jazz guitarist praised for his masterful technique, expressive improvisation, and dedication to keeping the legacy of Django Reinhardt alive. From a young age, Robin was exposed to a wide range of musical influences. His passion for gypsy jazz was sparked when he discovered the music of Django Reinhardt, inspiring him to immerse himself in the style and develop his own distinctive sound.
