The musical history of Janne Buurman, also known as Jay Bee Silverfox, began in 1961 with his very first band: The Flying Saucers. Janne was thirteen at the time and played drums in this school band. Later, after also learning to play guitar, a long series of pop groups followed: The Spectacles, Instant Music, Wham (long before George Michael was born), Zillion, The Tweeters, Neighbour, Balls, Hellsbells and the Bunnies, Soul Pirates, The Dogs, and Jay Bee & The Royal Family. Nowadays, Janne is active in Jay Bee Silverfox & His Free Radicals.
